Republic academic competition
On May 6, at the Zhubanov University, specialty 5B071300 – “Transport, transport equipment and technology”, the XII Republican online subject Olympiad was held at a high level among students of the 3rd and 4th courses in the discipline “Energy installations of transport equipment”.
The purpose of the Olympiad: the selection and support of talented and gifted students, attracting students and young scientists to solve modern scientific problems, developing interest in scientific activity.
The competition was attended by 14 students from 5 universities (Zhubanov University, JSC Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev, Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov, NAO Kazakh National Agrarian University, NAO West Kazakhstan Agricultural Technical University named after Zhangir Khan “). Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation of Zhubanov University Beknazarov Rakhim Agybaevich congratulated the faculty and students of the Olympic University participants and wished students success.
In accordance with the Olympics program, assignments to students’ e-mails were sent by links, members of the commission and the composition of the independent supervisory board through the Zoom platform were in full control and timely answered questions. All conditions have been created for students to complete assignments in a timely manner.
Within the framework of the Olympiad, teachers of the department “Transport Engineering, Organization of Transportation and Construction” Mukasheva AS, Murzagaliev A. Zh., Kuanyshev MK K. Zhienkozhaev MS, Myrzabekov N. M., concluded with the faculty of the university agreement on cooperation in the new academic year on academic mobility, updating educational programs and scientific work.
The results of the Olympiad are summed up in accordance with the rules of organizing a subject Olympiad among university students of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1st place – JSC “Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev”;
2nd place – Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrova, JSC Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev “;
3rd place – NAO “Kazakh National Agrarian University”, NAO “West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan”, NAO “Kazakh National Agrarian University”.
Rector, Professor B. A. Erdembekov Zhubanov University awarded the scientific leaders of the groups with a letter of thanks for the preparation and participation of students, as well as participants, with certificates.
