Material technical base

The department is equipped with specialized laboratories and classrooms for conducting lectures, laboratory and practical classes and educational and research work of students in the disciplines provided for by the standard of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the classroom classes, students study the basics of the device of vehicles, get acquainted with the technologies of repair and operation of rolling stock, study the features of the organization of production management, technological processes and get acquainted with new innovative technologies. These laboratories and classrooms are equipped with modern educational equipment, mock-up samples, test benches. The department actively uses modern teaching tools and demonstration devices in the educational process — computer classes, interactive whiteboards, audio-video equipment, etc. The educational process uses modern programs for the study of individual disciplines, the implementation of course and diploma projects, Autocad programs, Robur, Compass, CorelDRAW, etc.

The department has a new computer class “Architectural Design” for the disciplines “Architecture of civil buildings”, “Architecture of industrial buildings”, where practical classes are held in the development of design estimates using Autocad, Archicad, Sana programs.

Every year, the material and technical base of the department is growing, new technical equipment is being purchased. In the 2022 academic year, in order to perform laboratory and practical work, research work in order to involve students in OP 6B07101-Transport, transport equipment and technologies, equipment such as:

  1. Tire fitting equipment for dismantling and mounting car wheels
  2. Balancing stand (Sillan) for balancing wheels after disassembly and installation

The scientific base of the department is a laboratory for testing asphalt concrete of building materials and structures.

In addition, at the bases of Temirbeton LLP, Aktobe Regional Technopark LLP, Batys Sapa KZ LLP, Aktobe Plant of Technological Equipment LLP, Motor Center KZ LLP, RSE at the National Center for the Production of Road Assets in Aktobe region, Aktobe Passenger Motor Transport Enterprise LLP, there are large laboratories for testing construction products and structures are organized by a branch of the department. On the basis of the data of the branches of the department, practical and laboratory work is carried out in the disciplines: “Geotechnics -1”, “Technology of binders”, “Building materials”, as well as research diploma projects of graduate students.

To carry out research work in order to involve students in the educational programs of the department, an electronic course of the company SIKE “Production of concrete” was purchased, and it is also planned to develop programs for the development of the educational, scientific and production laboratory “Testing of building materials and asphalt concrete”, where students will be able to explore the rational composition, properties of concrete for the manufacture of modern products and structures of construction-road materials for their use in the construction and road construction industry of the Aktobe region

In 2022, under the leadership of the dean of the Technical Faculty of Balgynov a.m. and the established Department of Utebayev I.
