Our graduates and employment

During the academic year, work is carried out at the departments to collect information about employment:

– formation of a database of graduates, organization of employment events;

establishing partnerships, creating a communicative environment with employed graduates:

During the academic year, graduates are systematically invited to events and round tables of the department and faculty.

-formation of databases of graduates and employers, the release of various information materials.

The work of departments to maintain communication with graduates, control over their employment is systematized. Monitoring of graduates employed by the OP is carried out.

An important factor is the monitoring of employment and professional activity of graduates. Monitoring is carried out through direct activity: the student – Department – Department of practice and labor organization, where the worker works. There is a journal for monitoring employment of workers for the past 3 years.

Currently, many graduates of the OP 6B07301 Department are working on the specifics of construction. Deputy, graduates of 2018 Nysanov Sultan, Yesheken Marat Tokmaganbet Daulet, Kazmukhanbetov Aybek work for the role of expert engineer curator, leading engineer for the development and improvement of enterprises of KAZCHROM JSC, as well as graduates of the same year Berdibayev Samat, Altybayeva Dayana, Kuandyk aizada, Azamat tyurezhanov, yesheken Marat work in Quality Engineer for control, coordinator, projectionist Engineer, Surveyor-topographer, master of the section for enterprises: kerege Engineering Ltd, dab Ltd, Aktobe stroyexpert LLP, grand cadastre RSE, TSG construction LLP. In 2019, Alisher Aitzhanov works as an engineer at Bazis Conctruction LLP

Bakhytnur Elamanova works as an operator of Temirbeton-Aktobe LLP. In 2020, Ruslan Berikovich will work as a projector of INSHAB LLP, Baizhanov Batyrkhan Altynbekovich-operator of ZHBI-25 plant LLP.

On the basis of educational programs, graduates are provided with detailed instructions on the conduct of experimental research, the release of analytical work and the formation of documents, the formulation and resolution of research tasks, critical and creative mousings. At the same time, educational programs in the field of information technologies have the right to use basic functions and software provision of modern computers, as well as editing and creating text, tables, using multimedia resources, using internet browsers.

According to the results of training in the Middle 85% of graduates are employed on the specialty, some of them get access to work at the time of production practice, show deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills, some students continue training in universities and in the magistracy.

Currently, graduates of OP 6B11301 – “Organization of transportation, movement and operation of transport” are successfully employed at leading motor transport enterprises, in the bodies of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region, transport inspection, road maintenance enterprises, expert organizations, insurance companies, branded dealerships and transport and logistics organizations of the Aktobe region and other regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Every year, the faculty holds a fair of vacant places for students with the participation of specialists from large industrial enterprises. Heads and specialists of production enterprises are invited to this fair. Managers and specialists of manufacturing enterprises talk about the field of activity of the enterprise they represent. There is also a huge demand for specialists with in-depth technical knowledge, who are able to solve technical issues, who can make decisions in a short time and are well aware of new technologies.

The university practices the study of the need for specialists in this OP. The management of the OP regularly analyzes the state of the labor market, in addition, the Center for Professional Development and Career has been functioning at the university since March 5, 2019. The purpose of the center is to create an effective system for promoting the employment of young professionals and adapting to the modern labor market, providing methodological assistance in implementing international standards for building the careers of future graduates and developing with employers.
