In the framework of the intra-University “Week of science” associate Professor of metallurgy and mining Kelamanov Bauyrzhan received the nomination «Best young scientist-2018» ;

Within the framework of the intra-University “Week of science” Department “Metallurgy and Mining” was awarded a Diploma of I degree on the results of research work;

2019. Azatbekov Ilmurat adequately presented the university at the Republican subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions in the specialty “Mining” and took the ІІI place;

2019. Students of the department took the command second place at the Republican subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions in the specialty “Metallurgy”. Zhumabayeva Zhuldyzai adequately presented the university at the Republican subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions in the specialty “Metallurgy” and took the ІІ place.

On October 1, in honor of the day of the elderly, the faculty of Aktobe regional University named after K. Zhubanov, the Department of metallurgy, mining and oil and gas engineering of the Technical faculty jointly presented gifts to the nursing home. Under the guidance of the head of the Department Bayan Gazizovna, young teachers of the Department visited a nursing home, where they expressed their warm wishes and presented gifts. They wished well-being to our elderly people, raised their spirits, caused a smile on their faces and joy in their hearts, and brought the blessing of kind elderly people.

In honor of the 85th anniversary of Zhubanov University, an exhibition «Quiz, please!» in the intellectual game, the team of the technical faculty «MGD» took the 1st prize.

Kalamanov Bauyrzhan Satybaldievich, candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor of the Department «Metallurgy, mining and oil and gas engineering» technical faculty of Aktobe regional University named after K. Zhubanov decision of the Committee on quality assurance in education and science Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the title of associate Professor.

In honor of the 85th anniversary of the Aktobe regional University named after K. Zhubanov, a number of teachers of the technical faculty were awarded letters of thanks and certificates in the amount of 50,000 tenge from the Aktobe regional organization of the Kazakhstan branch trade Union of education and science workers for their contribution to the development of education.

Currently, since digitalization is the main tool of education, the University conducts advanced training courses in order to increase the aptitudes and abilities of each teacher. Professional development courses aimed at improving innovative approaches and innovative approaches to training high-quality personnel in accordance with modern requirements have undoubtedly improved the professional skills of teachers. From September to October 2020, teachers of the technical faculty took advanced training courses on the following topics: “Modern pedagogical technologies within the updated content of education” and “Pedagogical concept of digital professional education and training” in the amount of 72 academic hours.

Dean of the technical faculty, Ph. D., associate Professor of «Metallurgy, mining, oil and gas business» Вalginova Akzharkyn Merеkeevтa became the owner of the anniversary badge «85 years of the Aktobe regional University named after K. Zhubanov».

Veteran, faculty teacher, candidate of geological and mineralogical Sciences Vlasko Herman Nikolaevich was awarded the jubilee badge «85 years Of Aktobe regional University named after K. Zhubanov».

In the volleyball tournament among the staff and teaching staff, organized for the 85th anniversary of the Aktobe regional University named after K. Zhubanov, the team of teachers of the technical faculty took the 3rd place among 9 faculties and received well-deserved awards.

Textbooks and monographs of members of the faculty of the Department «Metallurgy, mining and oil gas industry».

The main textbooks for students and undergraduates were the works of the late veteran, Ph. D., associate Professor of the Department of «Metallurgy, mining and oil gas industry» Zhanabergen Imankulovich Kuzbakov «Designs and design of metallurgical furnaces», «Design and equipment of metallurgical workshops».

Dean Of the technical faculty Balgynova Akzharkyn Merekeevna is the author of the work for students of the specialty oil and gas industry «Research of design and technological parameters and operating modes of a rotary centrifuge for decontamination of feed beer pellets».

The works of head of the Department «Metallurgy, mining and oil gas industry» Almatova Bayan Gazizovna “MNI me gazdy sdeu and Barlow geologise”, “MNI cssgj orshan artane Arau”, “Forecast of oil and gas deposits development” gives students majoring in petroleum engineering full information on the specialty.

Ph. D., associate Professor of the Department “metallurgy, mining, oil and gas business” Kalamanov Bauyrzhan satybaldievich, Ph. D., associate Professor of Saratov Erulan Kairzhanovich, Ph. D., associate Professor Sariev Otegen Rafhatovich the textbook «Metallurgy, mining and oil gas industry» and «Complex processing off-grade iron-manganese and chromium-Nickel ores of Kazakhstan», «Integrated processing of substandard iron-manganese and chrome-nikel ore of Kazakhtan».

The textbook Kotik E. P., Kotik P. T. «Development and operation of oil and gas fields» is widely used among students.

At the II stage of the Republican subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions in the specialty “Metallurgy” on April 21-22, 2022 at the Toraighyrov University of Pavlodar, the team of Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov took the 2nd prize. For this Olympiad under the guidance of a teacher of the Department of Metallurgy and Mining of the Technical faculty of Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov Burumbayev Azamat was visited by a team of  2nd-year students of OP “Metallurgy” Alpysbayev Nursultan, 3rd-year students Orynbasar Zhetpisbayuly, Kairzhanov Dias According to the results of the Republican subject Olympiad, the diploma of the 3rd degree was awarded to Kairzhanov Dias Altynbekovich.

On April 14-15, 2022, the II stage of the republican subject Olympiad in the disciplines “Fundamentals of mining production”, “Ecology of mining production” of the OP “Mining” was held at the Rudnensky Industrial University. Under the guidance of senior lecturer of the Department “Metallurgy and Mining” of the Technical Faculty of Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov Sultanov Muratbek Gabitovich, a team of 3rd year students of the OP “Mining” Kystaubai Dias Maratuly, Orynbayuly Bakytzhan, 2nd year student Bisenov Nursen visited. According to the results of the republican subject Olympiad, Kystaubai Dias was awarded a diploma of the 2nd degree, and Bisenov Nursen Bakytovich was awarded a diploma of the 3rd degree. According to the team result, he took the second prize.

The Chairman of the Board, Rector Karabasova Laura, took part in the revival of the university staff and expressed her gratitude to everyone who works. He thanked for the hard work, hard work, professional creativity and on his own behalf awarded letters of thanks to a number of women. One of the letters of thanks was presented to Akhmetova Meiramgul, senior lecturer of the Department of Metallurgy and Mining of the Technical Faculty, who has 21 years of work experience.

On 27.04.2022, the ARU named after K. Zhubanov summed up the “Month of Science”, which began in early April. Dauren Esengaliev, senior lecturer of the PhD Department of Metallurgy and Mining, was awarded the nomination “Best Young Scientist” for organized research works.

In our university, on the eve of Teacher’s Day, it is customary to honor teachers and reward educators for their contribution to the development of education. This year, the best teaching staff was also awarded, skillfully applying knowledge and qualifications in daily activities in the formation of specialists in accordance with modern requirements. From the Department of Metallurgy and Mining, Sultanov Muratbek was awarded a letter of thanks from the rector.
